Thank you for your interest in Dynostify. This website is deliberately lean: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content – fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own web space. This is a translation; the German version is legally binding.

2. Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer) and your browser and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service). The hosting provider deletes the log files automatically after a short period; they are not combined with other data.

3. Contact form and e-mail

If you write to us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process your name, e-mail address, the chosen subject and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (for enquiries aimed at a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Form data is sent to us by e-mail and is not stored on the web server. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Links to other services

References to Steam, Discord, YouTube or other platforms are plain links. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
